Welcome to Staying Ageless 30+!

This class covers a different topic over the course of three modules focused on Diet, Lifestyle, and Longevity which offers you insights from Living Examples who have applied these changes to their own lives and achieved exceptional results.

It is completely up to you whether or not you speed through the material, or focus on one lecture per week. However, we highly encourage you to take your time and focus on one module or a few lectures per week so that you can full absorb the material and have a chance to apply it to your daily life.

The homework is not really about understanding the information presented, but more about you examining your health habits and using the information to fill in gaps where you can improve! You will realize as you go through this process that you are equipped to listen to your body and make some of your own observations about your lifestyle to improve the quality of your health and life overall.

Now a little bit about us! Esosa has been a vegan since the age of thirteen, and took on a raw vegan diet in 2008. After healing her chronic fatigue and horrible acne problem on raw food, she remained 100% raw for two years. Now she still eats a vegan high raw diet, but also enjoy cooked nourishing whole foods. She does not eat any processed or fast foods. If you have no clue what a raw vegan diet it is, don't worry we'll discuss that later. Khaleeqa lost over 65 lbs 5 years ago by adopting a plant based diet and still eats a primary vegan diet to this day; she even adopted a raw vegan diet for over a year. She has also completed a full distance ironman triathlon and competed in various other fitness challenges and endurance sports. She enjoys sharing her lifestyle and inspiring others through her blog where she discusses authentic healthy living, faith and exercise.

We are excited to present this course because even though we are still pretty young, we have made it our mission to study the health habits of women and men who are older than us that are fabulously youthful. Why? Because we intend to be them when we grow up! We can tell you that even now it is amazing to witness in our own lives the power of diet and lifestyle to keep us youthful. People who know us say we have looked exactly the same for the past eight years. Are you aware that with a few adjustments in your lifestyle you could begin to halt the aging process? There is science to prove most of the information we will present, but rather than bore you, we have engaged leading experts to share what they know in audio or video form so that you can have a more engaging experience. We hope you enjoy and receive as many insights as we did.

We are looking forward to guiding your through this class. Our goal is that every student who completes this course leaves more informed, and most importantly inspired to take action!

The only course material you need is a journal, or something to keep and track your observations and thoughts as we move through the class. You can print out your workbook and make notes there as well. This course also requires and open mind and a willingness to hear new perspectives on health that may be outside of your comfort zone.
